Request account and data deletion
If you want to close your CleanNile account, use the steps below so the Save the Nile team can verify the request and remove the right records.
How to request deletion
- Email info@savethenile.org with the subject line CleanNile account deletion request.
- Include the email address used for your CleanNile account and any profile name that helps identify the account.
- If you want to keep public approved reports but remove account/profile access, say that clearly in the request.
What may be retained
Some records may need to be retained for safety, fraud prevention, moderation history, legal obligations, or accountability for publicly approved environmental reports and staff audit logs.
